Automotive Radar Radome System
Radome Auto is Laird’s two shot injection molded radome for automotive market. Tight tolerances for the thickness of the radome over the antenna and the ability to measure the dielectric constant of each batch allows for the assurance of signal performance in application from a tuned radome. The addition of an RF absorber side skirt reduces backlobes and sidelobes with no impact on antenna gain.
